Position Overview:

Data analytics Senior will perform various functions, which primarily involves applying various data analysis techniques to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to solve and influence business problems.

Key duties include data analysis, process documentation, issue remediation support, operational reporting and analytics, and ad hoc reporting.

Your Impact:

  • Ability to make sense of complex, and sometimes contradictory information and translate to actionable key takeaways and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI dashboards), iterating to meet customer needs
  • Experience collecting and reviewing data (e.g., searching for anomalies/data gaps/inconsistencies), using repeatable processes and adding controls when possible to increase data integrity
  • Ability to collaborate and influence in matrixed environments, including external areas of expertise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems
  • 5-7 years related experience
  • Experience with SQL queries, Python, API is a plus.
  • Excellent written (email, presentations, dashboards/summaries of key takeaways) and oral (phone and in-person) interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience with project/program management, handling large volumes of work concurrently
  • Demonstrable experience creating analytics models and robust dashboards
  • Proven experience in working with data warehouse environment
  • Experience with supporting data analytics solution within an organization

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $98,000 - $148,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
