The Data Analytics Professional will be responsible for performing various tasks across different business domains and partnering with product delivery teams to improve their data requirements and metadata registration experience.

Our team is responsible for providing a world-class Business Glossary through Collibra and help product delivery teams register and manage their data to accelerate time-to-market for Single-Family products.

Your Impact:

  • Create, review, edit business requirements and content to conform with Single-Family Naming Standards for Business Terms, link physical columns to definitions, create lineage relationships between tables, schemas, microservices, APIs, for upstream and downstream systems/applications.
  • Provide on-going maintenance support for Single-Family Business Glossary.
  • Process Business Information Requests (BIRs) to register business and physical metadata into Collibra
  • Define requirements for process improvements within Collibra (e.g. data quality, metadata, process management)
  • Coordinate with management on issue identification, escalation, and remediation
  • Support weekly & monthly status reporting
  • Assist with preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly key stakeholder management and reporting and identify opportunities for metadata remediation and production synchronization
  • Provide recommendations on how to increase adoption of Collibra within the organization, understand needs and support development of multi-year Business Glossary roadmap, and increase content capture
  • Partner with Platforms team to identify and implement enhancements to Business Information Requests (BIRs), and Business Glossary functions
  • Support Single-Family top initiatives for optimal design of metadata content

Qualifications:

  • 2- 4 or more years' experience in Data, Reporting, and/or Metadata related projects preferably in Financial Services industry
  • Complimentary experience in collaborating with team members and working in a diverse workplace
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to influence outcomes
  • Ability to understand different perspectives
  • Passion for delivering quick business benefits

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $78,000 - $118,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
