Position Overview:
Finance's Hyperion Reporting team is primarily responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining data cubes that are used for multiple critical business functions including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. The manager of the team is responsible for optimizing the enterprise's use of Hyperion's capabilities as well as leading and developing the team of analysts who supports this work. Additionally, the team owns and supports the Workiva Wdesk application used to consolidate and publish the company's financial statements and board reporting.

Our Impact:
The Data Analytics Manager will manage the Hyperion Reporting team's relationships with cross-divisional internal partners and the roadmap of future strategy and application development. The manager will also own the team's applications including several Hyperion cubes that comprise the EPM Cloud and the Wdesk application. The manager will also own and maintain the relationship with the EPM Cloud and Wdesk vendors. The manager will provide clear guidance and development to a team of four data analysts who are direct reports.
Your Impact:
- Develop and champion the team's strategy including business objectives and technology roadmap
- Serve as the business owner and project sponsor for changes impacting the Hyperion Reporting team's applications
- Engage with partners to identify emerging needs and opportunities
- Lead team efforts to find patterns and relationships in data and see opportunities to supervise data quality
- Provide mentorship to the team to enable them to analyze and resolve data issues
- Apply understanding of data warehouse / database concepts, as well as experience in relational database structures, research methods, sampling techniques, and system testing
- Support the Finance data office in developing the data strategy implementation roadmap
- Directly supervise and manage a team of data analysts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related quantitative field
- 10+ years data analytics/data science experience with at least 5 years hands-on experience with Hyperion
- 5+ years management/lead experience
- In depth understanding of internal Freddie Mac system functionality highly desirable
- Prior experience working with an agile team in a business role preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $128,000 - $192,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
