Your Impact:

Some of your roles in the EO+T Communications and Marketing team will be to:

  • Help develop creative concepts and messaging for campaigns and other strategic initiatives
  • Produce timely writing and content that engages, informs and inspires a variety of audiences via a variety of vehicles
  • Curate content for and manage our internal divisional digital newsletter
  • Create and update internal SharePoint pages
  • Develop and maintain a clear and consistent voice and tone across communications channels
  • Act as editor for the communication team's communication materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, PR, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in the communications industry, with complimentary experience (e.g., marketing or brand) preferred and experience or exposure to product marketing a big plus
  • Highly creative self-starter, with experience developing all types of communications pieces (articles, blogs, newsletters, presentations). A plus would be experience supporting new technology introductions that engage employees and foster adoption
  • Flexibility in balancing competing priorities and quickly turning around deliverables in a continuously changing business and work environment
  • Moderate experience in SharePoint Modern page design
  • Demonstrated experience translating complicated concepts, ideas or terms into memorable and meaningful collateral and stories

  • Highly creative and inquisitive personality with excellent writing skills and affinity for technology
  • Experience developing and managing multichannel communications including planning, writing, posting to SharePoint or other digital vehicles
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Keen on adhering to grammar and AP style standards
  • Ability to withstand unexpected demands, balance and maintain control of the work and think of new ways to tackle problems or situations while continuing to make progress
  • Storyteller with excellent writing/content skills and affinity for technology

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
