Position Overview:
The Multifamily division of Freddie Mac is searching for a Business Resiliency, Risk and Controls Senior. The hired candidate will work in support of the Governance and Business Services group. This team provides a broad range of services to Multifamily, including Assurance & Monitoring, Business & Enterprise Governance, and Management Reporting.
This individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day resiliency planning and execution of testing activities. This position will design, develop and facilitate business resiliency tests for the Multifamily division. It will also assist in the development and maintenance of business continuity plans, business impact analysis (BIA) documentation, crisis communication plans, business resiliency testing documentation and management reporting. Your Impact:
- Engage with Multifamily business process owners for creation, documentation, and periodic review of BIAs/BCPs on a timely basis.
- Ensure the identification, documentation, and analysis of operational business resiliency risks through business resilience testing
- Engage key partners within the Multifamily lines of business to plan /develop business resiliency tests and improve operational resiliency throughout the division
- Assist in the preparation of divisional reporting.
- Further develop and improve the business resiliency risk profile within a high-performance culture for the Freddie Mac Multifamily division
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business with 5+ years of overall experience
- Experience in Business Resiliency, Crisis or Emergency Management, Operational Risk Management or Audit preferred
- Familiar with Business Continuity Planning, Testing and/or Risk Management concepts
- ABCP or CBCP certification is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain internal relationships at all levels
- Effective project management and presentation skills
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $96,000 - $144,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
