Freddie Mac is actively seeking a Business Analyst Sr. to join the SF Selling and Servicing Guide team within our Single-Family Acquisitions Loan Products group. This initiative-taking team member will collaborate with stakeholders across the Division to implement changes to the Guide and technology process. The primary objective for the role is to help develop and deploy processes and procedures and management of the intake request process. In accomplishing these objectives, the successful candidate will leverage their FRE experience that requires a strong focus on process management, workflow management, timeline and deliverable execution and collaboration across the organization. - Supports the Business Analyst Sr. Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, advancing dept. priorities, and achieving business goals.
- Supports internal business processes to manage change efforts as it relates to SF Guide and Technology changes impacting SF applications.
- Gains in-depth understanding of division and business unit priorities and objectives.
- Gathers information, analyzes data to identify potential risks, and frames and recommends solutions.
- Employs business knowledge, relationships, and creativity to develop and consider alternatives.
- Gains buy-in from applicable partners and presents ideas and recommendations to team leadership.
Qualifications:
- College degree.
- MUST be able to put together PowerPoint Slides at an expert level and convey a message
- MUST be able to create workflows in Teams
- MUST be able to synthesize information and processes and product quality professional level deliverables
- 5-7 years of Freddie Mac business expertise. Single-Family experience preferred.
- Experience in business operations, workflow management, project management, business and data analysis
- Experience in developing positive relationships, instilling trust, and influencing individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings and to develop and deliver presentations/materials to various levels of audiences
- Knowledge of Freddie Mac's Loan Advisor suite of products and technologies including Loan Product Advisor, Loan Quality Advisor and selling systems.
- Knowledge of the mortgage technology landscape including Loan Origination and Point of Sale systems and the key part they play in the origination process.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce with the ability to make dashboards and reports
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with emphasis in MS Excel and PowerPoint

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
