Position Overview:

The Single-Family Data & Decisions Strategic Alignment Office (SAO) is seeking a Business Analysis Tech Lead to work with internal and external teams in understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering solutions. This role combines leadership, business and technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive efforts that enhance business performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities for this role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Build, automate, maintain, and support report tools and capabilities to enhance team productivities and provide stakeholders visibility.
  • Exerts considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment.
  • Serves as the organization spokesperson on specialized projects and effort.
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas of improvement.
  • Manage and monitor effort and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote the adoption of new tools and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficiency in SharePoint
  • Experience in data mining, and the ability to learn other software.
  • Ability to transform vision and concepts into visual implementations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to help train other staff in acquisition of technical skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to support multiple concurrent priority tasks.

Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $118,000 - $178,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
