Position Overview:

Are you an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for automating processes, creating reports, and scripting routine tasks? We are looking for an Automation Senior to join our IT Asset & License Management team which is part of a broader End User & Mobility Services that provides IT hardware and software services across the organization.

Our Impact:

  • Our team manages policies, processes, workflows, scripts, and automations that enable the end-to-end IT Asset and License Management functions across the company.
  • Our team enables new staff to be productive on their first day by providing PC onboarding services as well as any required IT peripherals.
  • Our team provides device replacement services for existing staff so they can continue to work efficiently.
  • Our team is responsible for print services and manages the print infrastructure and applications.
  • We contribute to and are a key stakeholder in company-wide projects involving PCs and peripherals.
  • We provide support to end-to-end IT Asset & License Management and asset delivery processes, including configuration and delivery, reporting, risks, controls, license compliance, and financial obligations.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be a part of fast paced IT Asset Management team where you will:

  • Manage our automation scripts that leverage PowerShell and APIs.
  • Rewrite/Enhance scripts or propose new scripting technologies to make scripts more robust and eliminate manual interventions.
  • Identify automation opportunities within the end-to-end asset delivery lifecycle and license management.
  • Automate control executions and evidence collection for existing and new controls for IT Asset Management and End User Device Security
  • Automate process in Microsoft Access for ease of calculating specialty software licenses and chargeback data.
  • Maintain a central repository of automation assets and documented accelerators and collect metrics and communicate impacts of automation solutions.
  • Develop and publish reporting/analytics that cover IT Asset Management as a whole.
  • Support our Managed Print Service lifecycle by coordinating and maintaining our print application infrastructure & STIG's automation for baseline security configurations.
  • Review process workflows, SOPs, and Job Aids for areas of improvement, completeness, and efficiency.
  • Willing to take up other duties as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in PowerShell, Python.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access Database & Data Cleanup.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrates ability to review, improve and follow operational procedures.
  • Demonstrates Working knowledge of PC Hardware and Software Installation Options and Configuration Settings.
  • Displays Working Knowledge of Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow).
  • Any relevant certifications in scripting, end user technologies, or IT Asset and License Management.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $114,000 - $170,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
