Work with digitalization and transformation project leads to prioritize dependent workstreams
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll do...
- Develop Process Documentation for 'P736 Project Evolution' for upcoming Process Changes
- Support the roll out of D&T related Organizational Change Management (OrgCM) Strategy
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure solution strategy & execution is meeting project goals
- Identify required capabilities & enablers the 'blockers' in support of a successful 'Project Evolution' roll out
- Coordination of strategic organizational change management & communication tasks, working in conjunction with the D&T Project Leads
- Work with D&T Project Leads to prioritize dependent workstreams
- Support in setting & recording objectives & KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS
You'll have...
Bachelor's Degree - Preferably in Engineering, Management or equivalent
Even better, you may have...
• Project management, communications, strategy, organizational change management.
• Outstanding written & verbal presentation skills.
• Technical understanding with the ability to translate into non-technical language.
• Must have a desire and passion to find ways to reach and interact with internal customers.
• Be capable of communicating across regions, and at all levels.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to develop and communicate compelling messages.
• High degree of initiative, independent work and assertiveness.
• Excellent analytical, business & strategic skills.

This position is a salary grade SG5-SG8
