JOB DESCRIPTION

This postion is to seek a senior technical anchor for the SYNC+ GW and EV cloud platform, who will lead the whole development team to design, develop and operation more than 50 cloud service to ensure the functionality, quality, cost and reliability to meet the Ford requirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Global/China Cloud Service Platform & Product Product Anchor and China Solution Architect team to develop best solution fit for China market. 与全球/中国云端产品平台和产品首席工程师和中国解决方案架构师团队合作，开发最适合中国市场的解决方案
• Work with Product Manager for China EV， IVI Gateway Cloud solution definition, support tech evaluation for buy/build decision. 与中国电车服务和车机云服务产品经理合作，为购买/建造决策提供技术评估支持
• Work with Product Manager and Solution Architect team to make sure product architecture is able to support product roadmap, and align with corporate direction. 与产品经理和解决方案架构师团队合作，以确保产品体系结构能够支持产品路线图并与企业发展方向保持一致。
• Lead design and develop high-performance, high-availability and nimble applications using proven frameworks and technologies, and provide guidance to software engineers to ensure technical compliance and excellence. 领导设计并使用成熟的框架和技术开发高性能，高可用性和灵活的应用程序，并为外包软件工程师提供指导，以确保技术合规性和卓越性。
• To work with Product Technical Designer Engineer on detailed design and the day-to-day running of a software development team. This will include advising on and contributing to the implementation and delivery of software components. 与产品技术设计工程师一起进行详细设计和软件开发团队的日常运行。这将包括就软件组件的实施和交付提供建议并做出贡献
• To own operational stability of the components built and be in a position to affect change to improve the on-going robustness, resiliency and stability of those components. 拥有已构建组件的操作稳定性，并能够影响更改以改善这些组件的持续健壮性，弹性和稳定性
• To operate a continuous delivery DevOps model with emphasis on deployment and integration automation, TDD, BDD, monitoring and on-going ownership of components in production. 要运行持续交付的DevOps模型，重点是部署和集成自动化，TDD，BDD，生产中组件的监视和持续所有权。

• 10+ years of experience 10年以上工作经验
• Strength in cloud design and development principles, knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and FaaS 熟悉云设计和开发原则，对IaaS，PaaS，SaaS和FaaS有深入了解
• Designing systems and processes for running services at scale, drive cost & operational efficiency, continuous integration, and monitoring 具备系统开发和开发流程的设计能力，确保系统的可扩展性，低成本，高效率，拥有持续集成能力和监控能力
• Expertise in Dev Language (Java), and Cloud Service (PCF, Azure, as a plus) 具有开发语言（Java）和云服务（PCF，Azure等功能）方面的专业知识
• Solid understand of Multi-Threaded applications 对多线程应用程序有扎实的了解
• Experience working with RESTful API type web services 具有使用RESTful API类型的Web服务的经验
• Experience in entire application lifecycle, from development and test automation to deployment to operations 从开发和测试自动化到部署到运营的整个应用程序生命周期的经验
• Knowledge of Security and Key Management具备安全和密钥管理知识
• Have experience on DevOps具有DevOps经验
• Experience on Agile processes and tools 熟悉敏捷开发流程和工具
