JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, technical program management, and initiative implementation
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
  • Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
  • Deep focus on BPR, OKR tracking, Agile and Jira training, and horizontal and vertical program integrations


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, regarding company objectives, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
  • Assist the technology needs across Retail Services for program management, business process reviews, OKR tracking, operational and process adherence and modernization.
  • Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders, and perform oversight and review of programs, key result tracking, resource planning and coordinating of monthly, quarterly and annual reviews.
  • Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and productivity through existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with key leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field required.
  • 7 + years of experience in technical program management and/or project management .
  • Expert level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques and processes.
  • Budget, cost and profitability management skills.
  • Knowledge of resource management tools.
  • Ability to partner with technical and non-technical constituents to build a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks, progressive planning, build high-performance teams with a focus on productivity.
  • PMP or PgMP is highly desired.
  • Certified Scrum Master is desired.

Please note: This is a remote role but if you live within 50 miles of Dearborn, MI, you will be expected to commute on-site 1-2 times a week
