  • Actively monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring projects are scoped and quoted accurately.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities and maintain communication with leadership and resource managers.

Team Readiness:

  • Alert the professional services team about upcoming projects to ensure preparedness for delivery.
  • Adjust and innovate service offerings to meet evolving customer and partner requirements.

Target Achievement:

  • Partner with the delivery team to meet professional services goals.
  • Tailor service offerings to each client's budget, expectations, and specific use cases.

Proposal Development:

  • Craft comprehensive proposals that clearly outline the scope of potential projects.

Sales Support:

  • Support the sales team by elucidating the professional services methodology and lifecycle during the presales phase.
  • Participate in pricing discussions to help close deals effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Liaise with departments like legal and finance to address deviations from standard project terms.

Customer Interaction:

  • Engage with clients during the presales phase to define project scopes, manage expectations, and answer service-related inquiries.

Desirable Background:

  • Experience with sales cycles, pricing strategies, and negotiations.
  • Familiarity with key technologies such as cloud computing and networking.
