Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Assists with New Users and Partners Set up.


  • Managing Partner & Deal Registration Mailbox.

  • Assists in creating optimizing reports and dashboards on the partner-facing processes.


  • Managing the Deal registration Queue and Maintaining the SLAs.


  • Support partner program requirements and assist with the maintenance of partner data in Salesforce.


  • Serve as a point of contact for operational issues and assist with troubleshooting and resolution of partner concerns.


  • Establish standards and make data-driven business decisions.


  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.


  • Demonstrated ability to partner with sales and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet expectations.


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


  • Bachelor's Degree required.
