FloQast is seeking a highly organized and energetic Field Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of physical events, virtual events, and gifting campaigns to promote our brand, engage with our audience, and generate leads.  This person will be supporting both our Field and Event Marketing teams. 

This role requires excellent project management skills, a passion for event planning, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. You will work very closely with the Sr. Global Events Manager as well as the Sr. Field Marketing Manager on industry and partner conferences, as well as FloQast-hosted field events.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events, including but not limited to conferences, trade shows, field events and networking events.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, set up and tear down and on-site coordination.
  • Develop event concepts and themes that align with marketing objectives and target audience interests.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, partnerships and customer success teams on various events.
  • Organize and own logistics for setting up event booths, including setup and tear down.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, AV companies, and other service providers.
  • Handle event marketing and promotions, including social media, email campaigns, and other communication strategies.
  • Oversee event registration and attendee management.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event planning and execution phases.
  • Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports on attendance, registration and ROI. 
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to determine successes and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and update event databases and records.
  • Stay up-to-date with event industry trends and best practices.
  • Travel is estimated to be up to 25%.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing physical and virtual events.
  • Experience managing booth set-up at industry events (ordering AV, booth design, logistics, etc).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail and a dedication to delivering quality work. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in event management software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during event days.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in managing virtual events through On24 platform 
  • Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for event marketing material
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce and Asana is preferred but not required
  • Experience in B2B Event Marketing role preferred but not required

The base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
