We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Supply & Network Planning to own and lead key functions within our fulfillment network. This includes cube planning, inbound operations, long-term and peak season planning, and optimizing network capacity. As the Senior Manager in this critical role, you will directly impact our ability to forecast and manage supply chain and fulfillment operations at scale. Your expertise in planning and network optimization will ensure we continue to meet the growing demands of our business while driving efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Network Planning: 

  • Lead and develop the long-term planning strategy for the fulfillment network, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Own and manage cube planning, inbound operations, and peak planning, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency, capacity, and scalability.
  • Design and optimize capacity models to forecast demand and allocate resources effectively across the network.

Forecasting and Analytics:

  • Build and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict inbound volumes, warehouse capacity, and future demand spikes.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to develop insights and create actionable plans to address capacity and supply chain challenges.
  • Monitor and optimize the supply chain network, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation for peak seasons and day-to-day operations.

Operational Efficiency and Improvement:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process optimizations.
  • Develop and manage KPIs to measure network performance and lead corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of network and fulfillment strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, fulfillment, product, and engineering to drive supply chain and network optimization.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide updates on network performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders on long-term supply chain strategies, cost management, and process improvements.

Program and Project Management:

  • Manage large-scale supply chain initiatives, from concept through to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Influence decision-making and prioritize initiatives to support overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, network design, forecasting, or operations, with a strong understanding of long-term and peak planning.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate program or project management, specifically in network capacity and supply chain optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, V-lookup, and complex formulas.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis, with experience in data visualization tools preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity, supply chain planning, and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets to drive decision-making and improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience with supply chain planning systems, capacity planning, and logistics optimization is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving process improvements and implementing scalable systems within supply chain and fulfillment operations.
  • Familiarity with forecasting models, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), and network design methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
