People Solutions Manager, APAC

 

We’re seeking an experienced and talented People Solutions Manager to lead our People Solutions function across the APAC region. This pivotal role will manage People Operations, Benefits, and Mobility, ensuring our ambitious growth is supported by a robust and effective people strategy. This role will report to the Regional Head of People and be part of the broader PBP team globally.

 

You Will:

  • Oversee People solutions including People Operations, Regional Mobility, Benefits, HRIS, and HR administrative functions across more than 10 offices in the APAC region, and leading team to provide one - stop solution.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle—onboarding, transfers, offboarding, benefits, mobility, and professional development—while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, including benefits, mobility, and HR service providers across APAC all offices, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the APAC People Solutions team by inspiring collaboration, driving excellence, and adapting to change.
  • Create, review, and enhance HR operations processes to drive efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. Lead the team in delivering timely and high-quality HR solutions, identifying improvement opportunities, resolving challenges, and implementing ongoing enhancements.
  • Stay updated on employment law and legislative changes, updating people policies and procedures accordingly to manage risks and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure all employee records and data are compliant and up to date, taking proactive steps to enhance data quality.
  • Provide leadership and supervision, setting clear objectives, assessing performance, and offering feedback and coaching to enhance team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to support and drive both local and global initiatives.
  • Drive and manage all other HR related activities related to People Solutions.

You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years in people operations related roles, with at least 4 years of demonstrated success in a leadership role within HR solutions or regional shared services.
  • Proven experience in designing and drafting HR policies, procedures and other legal documentations.
  • Demonstrated good understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements, particularly within the APAC region.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is preferred.
  • Excellent English and Mandarin Skills including Written and verbal communication.
  • Open minded, strong adaptive on change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with strong HR expertise, especially with multinational teams.
  • Proficient in navigating and managing change effectively, Experienced in managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Be comfortable challenging ideas and holding space for other perspectives to be heard.
  • Strong logical approach to resolving complex issues and adept at fostering resilience.
  • Committed to maintaining a high degree of personal integrity and confidentiality.
