The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system. This role ensures that the NetSuite platform is optimized to support the business needs and objectives. The NetSuite Administrator will work closely with various departments to implement system enhancements, provide support, and ensure data integrity.

You will:

  • Maintain and administer the NetSuite ERP system, including user roles, security, workflows, scripts, and configurations.
  • Perform regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Customize and configure NetSuite modules to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy custom scripts, workflows, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Manage integrations with other business systems and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical support to NetSuite users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the NetSuite system.
  • Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
  • Lead and participate in NetSuite implementation projects and system upgrades.
  • Develop and implement best practices for NetSuite usage and administration.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the NetSuite system.
  • Perform regular data imports, exports, and updates as needed.
  • Create and manage data validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Design and generate customized reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze system usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

You should have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and administration.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules and functionality.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • A "compliance first" attitude to keep our regulators happy and enthusiastic about Flexport since we operate in a heavily regulated industry.
