To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Test Development Engineer located in Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor .
What a typical day looks like:
- Work with the customer and design team to understand product test requirements.
- Ability to interpret product specifications and documentation relating to functionality.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
- Evaluate different product interfaces.
- Understand hardware architecture of product.
- Understand standard communication protocols.
- Develop environments based on specific test needs.
- Understand interaction between software / Hardware / Fixturing / Test environment.
- Work closely with Design Engineers to understand product functionality.•
- Design electrical test solutions.
- Be familiar with latest test equipment and instruments.
- Be familiar with structural test (e.g. ICT, FCT, JTAG etc...).
- Have ability to perform DFT activity
- Be aware of all the latest hardware technologies.
- Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Software Skills: LabVIEW, Test, Python, Altium Design, C programming, PLC, SQL and other related programming software
- Fresh graduate will be considered
