To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Systems Engineer located in Timisoara.
Reporting to the Director, Design & Engineering, the Systems Engineer role involves accountability for designing, defining, and implementing system requirements for complex customer systems/products and/or preparing studies and researching existing systems prior to the transition to manufacturing for new product introduction.
What a typical day looks like:
- Defining system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
- Coordinating design of subsystems and integration of total system
- Identifying , exploring, and resolvings program deficiencies
- Tracking customer/project issues and driving resolution
- Developing and maintaining project schedule
- Developing product specifications where applicable
- Developing and/or approving test plans and test reports
- Developing engineering release documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Experience in a similar role
- Work experience with power products is a plus
- Knowledge of financial management relating to systems integration
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
