To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supplier Quality Manager located in Zalaegerszeg.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Supplier Quality Manager role involves supplier development in a manufacturing or service process; works with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans. We will help you achieve your goals by continuous personal development and regular career progression sessions.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Collect and understand external and internal customers' expectations or feedback on supplier quality, and cooperate with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, innovation plans, and goals for supplier quality.
  • Continuous Improvement Processes with suppliers in terms of quality, service and technology. Works with suppliers to continuously improve their performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans.
  • Lead SQE Team to evaluate, develop, and monitor suppliers and components to ensure they comply with Flex requirements, processes and customer requirements and ensure the smooth APQP execution.
  • Supervise the tasks of the Supplier Quality Engineers and SQA Technicians.
  • Participate and execute supplier audits based on the annual audit plan or in case of supplier development requirements and follow up the improvement actions till closure.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field coupled with relevant Quality Assurance experience in Quality Leadership roles;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineer role in the electronics industry;
  • Negotiation level of English and Hungarian language;
  • Knowledge of quality and industrial standards ( ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and/or IATF 16949, VDA 6.3);
  • Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
