We are looking for new colleague in our team in Tab f or Senior Quality Engineer p osition .

What a typical day looks like:
  • Coordinating the BU (Business Unit) dedicated Quality Team (Engineers, Technicians)
  • Direct interface with customers on technical/ quality issues and improvement initiatives
  • Handle customer complaints and work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Managing customer audits and regulatory/ compliance agency audits
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and customer experience
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in technical field)
  • 4-5 years of experience in the field of Quality
  • Deep knowledge of Quality tools
  • Familiarity with mass production and assembly lines in a multinational environment is an advantage
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
  • People management experience is an advantage
  • Excellent planning and organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
