We are looking for new colleague in our team in Tab f or Senior Quality Engineer p osition .
What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinating the BU (Business Unit) dedicated Quality Team (Engineers, Technicians)
- Direct interface with customers on technical/ quality issues and improvement initiatives
- Handle customer complaints and work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Managing customer audits and regulatory/ compliance agency audits
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and customer experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in technical field)
- 4-5 years of experience in the field of Quality
- Deep knowledge of Quality tools
- Familiarity with mass production and assembly lines in a multinational environment is an advantage
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
- People management experience is an advantage
- Excellent planning and organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
