To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to hire Senior Business Systems Analyst - IT who is based out of in Chennai location.
In this role, you will be In-charge of exploring complex business problems in order to solve them with automated, customized, developed and standardize systems implementations and solutions, also be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient. Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.
Reporting to Senior Manager & the role involves,
What a typical day looks like:
- Partner with stakeholders across business teams to identify, analyze and document business requirements
- Collect, understand, and transmit the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications
- Analyze and document business processes
- Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Functional knowledge, education background on Systems , Computer science, programming, or related careers; or relevant working experience required.
- Typically requires 7-10 years of related experience.
- Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer relationship skills.
- Experience in writing SQL queries is mandatory
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
