To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Project Manager located in Juarez, North Site. Reporting to the Sr Director Business Development, the Project Manager will assist with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship. value to the business and its customers.
What a typical day looks like:
- Assist in the execution of program timing.
- Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations, Business Development and others to help meet customer deliverables on time..
- In charge of closing all commercial negotiations and client pricing changes including recovery of labor indexing and other inflationary costs.
- Accountable for projects/initiatives to maximize COP and drives site focus on efficiency programs.
- Responsible of GAM/Site handshake on FOL, searching items such as MOH movement, Forecast accuracy, VAM %, IDL/DL% of VAM etc
- Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
- Manage contract renewals, changes, and maintenance.
- Ensures all client programs execute to contract, hitting key KPIs.
- Accountable E&O management / claims.
- In control of tracking risks on the business and reporting to Flex business accordingly.
- Occasional travel to Flex sites
- Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline and cost.
- Data analytics to provide summarized view based on data captured for management strategic decision-making process
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- English advanced
- Full experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Advanced knowledge of functional concepts
- Office skills: data analytics, advanced presentation, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
