Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Intern located in Aguascalientes

Example: Reporting to the PCBA's Process Engineering Supervisor, Intern role involves working on evaluate and implement process improvements that helps in production and quality of the product. Tooling design and redesign, Document processes, review and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO's) and continuous improvement thinking.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Understand the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product
  • Define, Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
  • High level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues
  • Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities and yields.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation.
  • Review processing methods.
  • Support and oversee new process equipment production.
  • Support the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).
  • Trouble shoot process related issues.
  • Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements .
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Possesses a Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Processes Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
