To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to hire Producation Support (SQL) - IT who is based out of in Chennai location.
Reporting to Manager & the role involves,
What a typical day looks like:
- Experience with ERP or other applications is an advantage
- Team player with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize in stressful situations
- Knowledge in logistic process and operational system at shopfloor is an advantage
- Understanding and Mapping, Configuring for the New Customer on Board
- Designing the IT process to match the operation mapping (Forward & Reverse Logistics, Consignment Inventories) according to the Customer Business Requirement.
- Microsoft Office suite, Programming and Database skills are helpful
- Desirable Service-Now knowledge
- Use of Lean tools for process improvement and standardization.
- Bachelor's in engineering or any other equivalent qualification
- 5-8 years of experience working in Production support (L2) in SQL / PLSQL.
- Understanding of Queries, Joins, Triggers, Functions, Stored Procedures.. etc
- Good to have knowledge in ERP
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Rotational shifts (7am - 4pm & 2pm - 11pm)
