Work together with headquarter design team. Responsible for leading the product design and verification process of precision mechatronics actuators that are suitable for mass production. Providing local technical support to Sales and Quality team for questions and issues from customer.

What a typical day looks like :

日常工作内容:

• Provide technical support to Sales during new product introduction at customer site;

在新品导入客户端时, 对销售团队提供技术支持;

• Translating customer requirements in product solutions together with product designer.

和产品设计合作, 将客户需求转化为产品解决方案。

• Leading Product Designers and Test Engineers within a project.

在项目中领导产品设计工程师和测试工程师。

• Organizing and coordinating the smart actuators design, verification process and supporting the validation process at system level.

组织和协调智能电机产品设计与验证过程, 并支持验证流程。

• Responsible for overall product design documentation.

负责整体产品设计文档的管理。

• Issuing and following up on product development plans in consultation with the project master plan.

根据项目主计划发布并跟进产品开发计划。

• Regular oral and written reporting regarding product status, product risks and planning.

定期进行口头和书面的报告, 内容涉及产品状态, 产品风险和计划。

• Participating in multidisciplinary product development teams as a point of contact regarding product management.

参与多学科的产品开发团队, 充分利用竞争性工程资源。

• If necessary, managing a co-development process with suppliers in consultation with SCM and SQE.

如有必要, 与供应链管理（ SCM ）和供应商质量工程师（ SQE ）合作, 与供应商联合开发。

• Provide technical support to local operation during new product introduction in the plant;

在新品导入工厂时, 对本地生产提供技术支持。

• Lead Product Designer to analyze issues found in customer site and plant, conduct EC together with HQ if necessary;

The experience we're looking to add to our team :

岗位需求:

• Fluent in oral, reading and writing English.

英语口语读写流利;

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering is required. A Master's Degree is preferred.

机电工程相关专业学士学位, 优先考虑硕士学位。

• Minimum 8 years experiences of mechatronics product development.

至少有8年的机电产品开发经验。

• Experience with 3D CAD software.

具备三维软件使用经验。

• Knowledge of and experience with the Automotive quality systems IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ASPICE.

了解汽车行业质量管理体系IATF 16949, ISO 14001以及ASPICE开发流程;

The experience will be a plus:

• Actuator with embedded firmware development experiences

• Experience with electronics is an advantage.
