Work together with headquarter design team. Change current product design based on customer requirements and conduct validation test. He/she must be able to clearly communicate those solutions and knowledge to others. Providing local technical support to Sales and Quality team for questions and issues from customer.

What a typical day looks like :

日常工作内容:

• Provide technical support to Sales during new product introduction at customer site;

在新品导入客户端时, 对销售团队提供技术支持;

• Precision mechatronics actuators design change based on technical and timing request.

按照技术和规定时间的要求, 进行精密机械传动电机设计变更 。

• Participates in multidisciplinary project teams as a point of contact regarding product design.

作为产品设计的联系人, 参与多学科项目团队 。

• Guides Model makers and Test Engineers within projects.

在项目中指导样品制作人员和测试工程师 。

• Generates product models and required documentation.

创建产品模型及所需文档 。

• Guides required verification and validation processes.

• Provide technical support to local operation during new product introduction in the plant;

• Analyze issues found in customer site and plant, conduct EC together with HQ if necessary;

• Provides technical support to customers.

• Supports Research in the development of concepts.

• Supports co-development processes with suppliers in consultation with Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

• Performs CAE simulations, calculations and analysis.

The experience we're looking to add to our team :

岗位需求:

• English reading, writing, speaking available.

英语读写, 口语良好。

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering is required. A Master's Degree is preferred.

机电工程相关专业学士学位, 优先考虑硕士学位。

• Minimum 5 years experiences of mechatronics product development.

至少有5年的机电产品开发经验。

• Material knowledge (plastics and metals).

具备材料相关知识（塑料件和金属件）。

• Experience with 3D CAD software (Creo).

具备三维软件使用经验（Creo）。

• Knowledge of and experience with the Automotive quality systems IATF 16949 and ISO 14001

了解汽车行业质量管理体系IATF 16949和ISO 14001;

The experience will be a plus:

• Actuator with embedded firmware development experiences.

• Experience with electronics is an advantage.
