To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to work with our business segment marketing leads and other corporate marketing leads to develop marketing strategies and execute marketing plans and initiatives across EMEA. The manager should be proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Work with Flex's business segment marketing leads and corporate marketing leads and regional marketing and communications director to develop marketing strategies and execute marketing plans and initiatives across EMEA.
  • Lead the execution of regional marketing programs from start to finish, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics to amplify Flex's key messaging and differentiation that resonate with customers.
  • Work with segment and site leads in developing sales enablement tools including fact sheets, video assets, photo assets, sales presentations, etc.
  • Manage and curate marketing-related content including case studies, social media posts, white paper, presentations and key talking points for external-facing events.
  • Work with segment marketing leads to develop marketing / editorial plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Measure and report marketing success metrics in EMEA - identifying effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis. E xtract key insights for future go-to-market strategies.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Proven success in developing multi-component marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong and flexible team player who is able to work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for purposeful communication and creativity.
  • Able to work under challenging deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • Proficiency in English. Ability to converse in other European languages a plus.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA
