To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manager - Sales Operations in Pune, India.

What a typical day looks like:
  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members spanning multiple functions (sales, marketing, finance, legal, HR, etc.) to positively impact our sales team members productivity and Flex's bottom line.
  • The mission of Sales Excellence is to maximize the potential of all sales professionals and teams through mindful, data-driven and practical innovation of sales capability that deliver bottom line results for Flex and our customers.
  • Our efforts are focused on elevating sales processes, solution knowledge, professional skills and driving value of our sales tools.
  • We generate business insights to develop, align, and execute sales/organizational/partner strategies and advocate the effective and rigorous usage of systems and tools; leverages existing reporting/analytical capabilities and defines requirements for new capabilities when needed.
  • Remove sales blockers and captures feedback on sales challenges directly from our sellers, sales managers and executive leaders.
  • Business Partnership and Support: Drives sales growth through collaboration with the business units, optimizing business processes and fostering unification across the enterprise.
  • Problem Solving and Insights: Synthesizes findings into insights across sales excellence initiatives. Translating insights into process, IT requirements, and working with colleagues on change management efforts.
  • Sales Insights, Readiness, and Activation: Collaborates with Sales Excellence Learning team members to manage Mindtickle platform and generate reporting to inform the business on progress in seller development and sales materials utilization.
  • Sales Technology Transformation & Process Discipline: Collaborate with Flex Business Systems (FBS) team to translate needs into technical requirements and then manage delivery deadlines for new features and functionality in our Salesforce CRM platform.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required (operations, enablement, project or program management, reporting & communications)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Consulting and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented
  • A high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is required
  • Understanding of change management principles, PROCII or ACMP Certified preferred
  • Domain experience in any fields such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, HR, etc.
  • Demonstrated Business Operations analytical expertise, including the ability to synthesize complex data, effectively manage complex analyses, and understand of opportunities and limitations of analytical techniques
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, Python, R, SPSS, or SAS to be used for data set analyzing
  • Substantive experience with Salesforce.com CRM (administrator and/or consultant certification preferred but not required)
  • Deep skill with data visualization and reporting technology; Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience using statistical and database software
  • Sales readiness platforms (Mindtickle)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
