To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Logistics Manager located in Guadalajara, North .

Reporting to the Sr Director, of Logistics Americas, the Logistics Manager role ensures the implementation of strategies, including supply chain activities to ensure the logistics function achieves its operational and organizational targets to create and sustain value for the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Direct daily distribution activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and ensuring materials meet production and shipping requirements.
  • Generate and analyze warehouse productivity reports; adhere to budget requirements and present planning-related reports to senior management.
  • Implement and improve logistics processes, such as replenishment and data interchange systems, and contribute to operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Facilitate coordination between operational departments to expedite production schedules and assist with material and work planning.
  • Develop relationships with strategic customers and vendors, resolving operational issues and ensuring effective communication.
  • Oversee warehouse safety programs and equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and recommending upgrades as needed.
  • Implement HR strategies for recruiting and retaining a qualified and motivated workforce.
  • Act as an escalation point for senior management, providing insights and recommendations on critical issues and strategic projects.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and distribution methods.
  • Use of the following tools may be required: Inspection: components, measuring tools; Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation package; Warehouse: forklift, electronic scales, pallet jack, staple gun, cycle counting, kitting.
  • Advanced English level
  • Availability to travel
  • Nice to have APICS or IATA certification
