We are looking for a new Junior Demand Planner employee to be based in Lodz.

Summary:

This role will be In charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Analyzing the forecast,
  • Analysis of material demand, monitoring material availability and preparing reports for other departments and customer connected with material availability,
  • Management of basic material data (collection, update, control and implementation),
  • Communication with the customer day to day basis,
  • Preparing reports connected with PO actions, PO placement, and material availability,
  • Daily contact with Flex sites based in other countries,
  • Liaison with other departments
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in logistics, or supply chain field
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good eye for detail to ensure data accuracy
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English & Polish
  • Creative, team player, innovative mind mixed with analytical thinking
  • Eligibility to work in Poland (EU)
