To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add Inventory control Manager located in Flex south Juarez

Reporting to the Director, Materials the Inventory control Manager role is responsible for Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in some or all of the following areas: material planning, distribution, inventory control, material research, purchasing and supply chain management by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Coordinate the purchasing activities from demand loading, Clear to Build (CTB), Assurance of supply (AOS) Mitigations and Customer Order Fulfilment,
  • Manages, controls, and directs the activities and staff involved in the distribution of inventory to the production line.
  • Manages, controls, and directs staff to achieve Materials profit and loss goals including minimization of excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Ensures the timely delivery of materials at the most economical cost, consistent with quality standards,
  • Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction through negotiations of customer expectations and managing and directing staff activities required to meet this expectation.
  • Coordinates with customers, purchasing, project managers, operations managers, planning, quality and warehouse managers.
  • In charge of accurate inventory cycle counts, and controls. Lead for Physical Inventory count.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems.
  • Reviews, plans, and approves purchase orders and change notices.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
  • total experience in materials, inventory coordinator or planner
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multi tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excel Advanced
  • English Advanced /strong
  • Analysis P&L
