To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Inventory Control Analyst located in Juarez Norte.
Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager the Inventory Control Analyst's role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Identify root cause integrity discrepancies in the warehouse/stores
- Retrieves and analyzes information from the MRP system.
- Liaise with other departments and senior department staff to highlight errors and implement improvements as required.
- Carry out direct cycle count activities on site and coordinate count staff to ensure count schedules are maintained.
- Assist in development of process improvements on site in relation to inventory related process steps and support implementation.
- Oversee/perform regular internal audits and external audit preparation in accordance to company best practices and external required standards
- Produce Statistical Management Information and KPI's measuring Inventory performance and service levels provided to each customer.
- Monitor procedural compliance, support implementation of new procedures in conjunction with management and operations.
- Experience in harness industry (desirable)
- Advanced English
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree
- Analyzes excess inventory by customer and makes recommendations for reducing excess and obsolete material including coordination of movement of excess material back to the customer
- Provide escalation point to Inventory management in relation to unresolved issues.
