To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Indirect Buyer located in Budapest .
Indirect Buyer
What a typical day looks like:
- Schedules the demand of the consumable components based on the process engineers' advise and the usage history.
- Orders, reschedules and cancels consumable components based on the demand. Orders machines, office supplies, irregular materials and services according to the requisition forms.
- Confers with vendors to obtain product information such as price, availability and delivery schedule, and manages supplier to meet price, delivery and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate.
- Solves invoice discrepancies and helps the finance department to avoid delayed payment of invoices.
- Responsible for keep the inventory on the optimum level. Works on to reach the project's inventory turn target.
- Gather quotations, examine bids, negotiate contracts and make awards.
- Can-do and proactive attitude
- Professional written and verbal English skills are mandatory in this role
- A finished colleague/university degree in relevant studies
- At least 2 years experience in relevant fields
- Basic Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP system is a plus
- Ability to work individually and also to work with other departments and team members.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
