To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Import & Customs Specialist located in Tczew, Poland.

Reporting to the Import Team Coordinator, the Import & Customs Specialist role involves providing operational expertise to enhance the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the department by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, liaising with operations, customers, and carriers to ensure customer satisfaction and to deliver maximum advantage to the business.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Responsible for preparing and implementing transport and customs solutions to ensure the most efficient delivery of materials
  • Receiving and checking the completeness and correctness of customs documents
  • Entering data into the system
  • Ensuring the correct circulation of documents
  • Preparing SAD documents
  • Coordinating cooperation with customs agencies
  • Tracking changes in regulations regarding customs procedures and implementing changes that simplify the customs process
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of regulations and procedures related to customs services
  • Experience in logistics
  • Independence in action and commitment
  • MS office
  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of Winsad/Huzar system will be an additional asset
