To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Human Resources Generalist, located in Milan, Italy.

The Human Resources will work closely with managers to drive our HR strategies and support a culture of engagement, diversity, and growth.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Collaborate with managers on recruitment, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee and manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Guide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts, fostering a safe and diverse environment.
  • Advise on employee engagement, policy matters, and organizational development.
  • Mentor managers and provide feedback to improve leadership and management capabilities.
  • Support employee life-cycle activities, including onboarding, performance reviews, and exits.
  • Drive employee satisfaction initiatives, working to retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead change management initiatives to align with organizational culture and values.
  • Manage local HR projects, improving processes and enhancing employee experiences.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on payroll management.
  • Deep understanding of payroll systems, compliance with payroll regulations, and employee compensation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage at all levels of the organization.
