Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we're looking to add a Finance Intern located in our Milpitas, CA site.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the student will assist with daily finance related tasks while learning, collaborating and working alongside the Finance Organization and cross-functional teams.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Support financial modeling and operational productivity financial analysis
  • Analyze and establish key performance metrics for different areas to create a cadence of reporting that provides visibility for our General Manager
  • Participate in discussions with the finance team to identify manual processes that could be automated, working on documentation or initial implementation of automated reports
  • Actively participate in kaizen site events to understand and apply Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, identifying areas for savings and efficiency improvements in our current operation
  • Work closely with operations teams to identify financial assistance needs and provide support in financial decision-making processes to improve overall site performance
  • Attend team meetings and support project work as needed
Student qualities we're seeking for this internship assignment:
  • Graduate student pursuing degree in Finance/Accounting or related major (currently enrolled in masters' program)
  • Enthusiastic about working for a contract manufacturing company
  • Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
  • Previous internship experience working for a global organization; a plus!
Internship Program Requirements:
  • Available to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
  • Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
  • 3.0 minimum GPA
Pay Range (Applicable to California)

$20.68 USD - $28.44 USD Hourly
