To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Engineer - Quality located in Sriperumbudur.
What a typical day looks like
- Implement Process/ Incoming Quality Assurance in the manufacturing process as per customer requirement
- Analyze the problem and work with CFT for process compliance and quality Improvements
- Responsible to send periodical reports to customers and interact with them on need basis
- Must handle the customers complaint, Preparing Failure analysis report, Action Implementation and build effectiveness in Monitoring
- Resource planning for New product
- Maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.
- Train the technician and maintain their competency matrix
- Graduates with 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in SMT Quality.
- Preferably from automotive electronics.
- Excellent team player able to work with other functions to bring results
- Strong Decision-making skills
- Should have knowledge on Quality tools
- Team handling experience.
- Ability to lead shift operations
