Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an [ Design Quality and Reliability Engineer - Power] located in [Shanghai 上海嘉定 ]. This position will be responsible for design quality on all of Shanghai design center design project and also define design reliability item towards customer requirement .

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:
- Interact with customers. Match their quality requirements towards our quality assurance plan.
- Interact and support Customer in certain RMA cases with Analyses and Investigations
- Keep up the knowledge of relevant industry standards for our operations.
- Suggest changes or additions of qualifications tests to meet standards and customer requirement.
- Perform reliability calculations both based on theoretical and statistical methods.
- Interact with our RMA management
- Drive DFMEA for Project and be a port of Product development
- Drive design quality review activity within project development
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical engineering or relevant technical experience.
- Experience in quality assurance
- Experience in customer relations and communication
- Fluent in Spoken English and could attend meeting with international customers and internal oversea colleagues, written English Skills, Self-driven and motivation.
- Knowledge of IPC- or other relevant standards for electronic devices
- Knowledge of calculation of demonstrated MTBF
- Knowledge of Telcordia (or similar) reliability standard
- Experience from RMA management (Failure module return and analysis management)
