To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a DEI Sourcer located in Flex Guadalajara North Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, DEI Sourcer role involves working on charge of identifying and sourcing talent with highly technical and specialized skills to fill current or future positions and make Flex an employer brand.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Partners with Recruiters and TA Leaders to develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet recruitment goals and generate talent pipelines.
  • Create talent engagement strategies within multiple manufacturing and high-tech industries.
  • Actively participates with Hiring Leaders, Recruiters, HR, and others to define candidate personas, and understand business requirements as needed.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Recruiters on the recruitment marketplace to support realistic hiring expectations.
  • Utilizes various sourcing tools, channels, and technologies to generate leads.
  • Research for agile and passive prospects through Boolean searches.
  • Screens potential leads to gauge skills, interest, and salary requirements
  • Drafts and sends out recruiting emails to prospective talent.
  • Stays abreast of company's business, and employee value proposition to build relationships with prospects and promote enterprise brand.
  • Builds and maintains a proactive pipeline of talent via complex internet searches, social media, research, and various sourcing channels.
  • Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them
  • Builds and maintains a talent pool that can meet the company's future hiring needs.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Bachelor's degree related.
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Previous experience using Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and enhance candidate management.
  • 4+ years of experience as a sourcer or recruiter specializing in sourcing and identifying top talent across various industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Proven experience in organizing and executing successful Brand and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) events.
