What a typical day looks like:
- 负责某消费类产品线不良品的维修和分析;
- 管理维修团队, 达成不良品班清班结, 满足产线及时交货;
- 提供日分析总结报告, 协助生产团队不断提升产品良率;
- 参与批量或异常故障分析, 形成失效分析报告, 并分享给团队, 客人或供应商改善良率。
- 大专或以上学历, 电子相关专业;
- 两年以上从事产品失效分析, 维修经验 ( 应届毕业生可放宽该要求 );
- 熟悉电子, 电路知识, 熟悉消费类电子产品生产工艺和测试流程;
- 熟悉各电测类仪器使用（如万用表, 示波器等） , 具备电子零件量测, 基础电子电路分析等能力;
- 能够熟练使用烙铁风枪拆装 PCBA 元器件;
- 熟练办公软件, 能读懂, 回复英文邮件, 制作英文版本失效分析报告;
- 良好的沟通及协调能力, 有一定团队管理能力, 能够承受一定的工作压力。
