To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Customer Service Coordinator located in Limerick, Ireland.

Reporting to Customer Service Manager, the role of Customer Service Coordinator involves interfacing with customers via email and telephone to resolve queries, problems, and issues relating to the status of customers' products.

What typical activities look like:
  • Operation of the Customer Support Software database on a daily basis
  • Customer services contact for a defined set of accounts
  • Process call-off's/Stock issues on WMS from Supplier Hub (stock files)
  • Set-up and maintain Customer and Product file maintenance on WMS & Intranet
  • Liaise with Warehouse on all special requests, e.g. inspection, test, rework, quarantine, special deliveries
  • Scanning, Indexing & Filing
  • Generation of Customer Specific Reports
  • Generation of invoices and supporting documentation
  • Process customer claims
  • Generation of KPIs
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Strong MS Office skills required (Word/Excel)
  • Customer Service experience in office setting required
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Excellent written ability for email communication
  • Ability to pro-actively resolve issues with customers
  • Excellent team player
  • Excellent time-keeper
  • Proven ability to work to weekly/monthly schedules is vital.
