To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Controller Assistant located in Juarez, North Site, Mexico.

Reporting to the Controller, the Controller Assistant role involves:

What a typical day looks like:
  • Knowledge in Accounting, Finance and Cost Accounting
  • Know how to make account reconciliations between ledger and subledger
  • Prepare/Review Journal Vouchers with appropriate supporting documentation
  • Adhere to Direct Material Standard Cost, Revenue Recognition policy, and Inventory transfer policy.
  • Ensure corporate reporting deadlines are met for designated reports.
  • Financial reviews of P&L and main KOI with customer focus team (CFT)
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Intermediate English required
  • Finance or related field or equivalent experience and training.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • A background in manufacturing/cost accounting is preferred.
  • Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills.
  • Demonstrates advanced/ thorough knowledge of the function and Flex's business.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and comprehension of relations of such processes at the site.
