Job Summary
General Purpose:
Responsible for repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical assemblies within our manufacturing operation.
3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday (15% shift differential)
Principle Accountabilities :
- Troubleshoots and repairs complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment at the component level.
- Interaction with the Test interface and Script to Troubleshoot failures
- Give feedback about new findings to Watch Tower to keep the Cold Room area under control
- Provide feedback to the line related to workmanship findings
- Perform the verification for new failures to avoid send units to Debug L2.
- Be point of contact for Cold Room test behavior
Work Environment :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, work that requires repetitive motion, toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock.
Physical Demands :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to handle small components, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
