To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Technical Project Manager (TD) located in Wuzhong.

Reporting to the Director, Operations Engineering, the Technical Project Manager role involves...

What a typical day looks like:
  • Specific customer management and communication.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Define project task and resource requirements. Mange project resource allocation.
  • Plan and control project timelines.
  • Estimate project budget and control the cost within the budget.E
  • Lead the implementation of an automation project.
  • Collaboration with other functions to compliancy the law and rules (Information Security, Finance, EHS, ESD, CE, UL, etc)
  • Search for potential project and potential product.
  • Involve the develop and deploy of potential project and potential product.
  • Search for potential standard and potential governance approach.
  • Involve the develop and deploy of potential standard and potential governance approach.
  • Lead the knowledge transfer to assigned global partners and partnership certification.
  • Lead the project technical support to assigned global partners and feedback for continuously improvement.
  • Participate in the test requirements analysis of the product, responsible for designing of test Principle and the preparation of the software testing process,
  • Be able to plan and implement the development of software and hardware, quickly and effectively solve the problems which found in the development process and follow up the analysis and report on the problems.
  • Responsible for the system verification of the whole test scheme
  • Perform detailed analysis and accurate positioning of the problems found in the development, and discuss the solution with the customer developer
  • Perform statistical analysis of test data and complete related reports such as CGK ,G&R or CMK, etc.
  • Preparation of the user manual.

  • Time flexibility due to global supplier in different time zones
  • Available oversea travel to leadership project & team at global sites
  • Great communicator - verbally and written
  • Excellent English skills in listen, read, write and oral
  • High level of Administration skills
  • Has manufacturing process or automation development background is prior.
  • Be familiar with LabView and PLC. TestStand is plus.
  • Be able to understand hardware circuit diagrams. Can be using AD / Canence / PADS
  • A similar TPM role with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Project planning & schedule control & quality control & project management
  • Estimate project cost, and implement project to control the cost within the budget
  • System verification in whole development process with good abilities of troubleshooting & high-quality awareness
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Know DFMEA, PFMEA, DOE, CPK, GR&R, related assistance tools be plus
  • Familiar related standard & system, like ISO9001, TS16949, EMS IPC-3 be plus
