We are looking for new colleague in our team in Tab for the following position:

Automation Engineer

What a typical day looks like:
  • Look for automation and improvement opportunities
  • Create SOW (Statement of Work) for automation projects which includes all the details of the current status, the expected solution and all the requirements
  • Collaborate with integrator partners in the design, development of the automated systems and processes to optimize production and improve efficiency
  • Visit/host our business partners
  • Order parts/services
  • Follow the internal and corporate regulations and process flows
  • Fill out standard documents related to capital expenditures
  • Review quotations and create technical comparison about the offers for an investment
  • Schedule calls with partners, organize and lead internal meetings
  • Ensure that all requirements understood by the partner, kept and fulfilled
  • Communicate with integrators, sometimes with customers and collaborate with other departments within Flex on daily basis
  • Create presentations about improvement projects
  • Follow the guidance of our checklists, cookbooks and best pratices
  • Ensure the smooth production and the high level of up-time, efficiency of the machine
  • Support Factory Approval Test (FAT) and Site Approval Test (SAT) processes
  • Support installation, validation, handover and ramp-up
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer degree (or equivalent)
  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing would be preferred but we are open to Fresh Graduates
  • Communication level of English
  • Project Management approach
  • Experience with automated machines, robots, PLCs, sensors, cameras, etc. is a plus
  • Ability to read and analyze technical drawings, specifications
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach with the ability to multitask
