Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Milpitas, CA.

Reporting to the Production Manager the Associate Production Supervisor will oversee directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality, and cost goals.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Leads production processes in a technical environment, ensuring success and efficiency.
  • Evaluates plant performance and recommends operational changes for improvement.
  • Shift Flexibility depending on company demands workload
  • Manages a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
  • Troubleshoots operational issues and coaches operators for better performance.
  • Solicits improvement ideas and collaborates with engineers on project proposals.
  • Provides technical advice to project teams and acts as a liaison with maintenance.
  • Trains and coaches junior operators.
  • Prioritizes production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Initiates process development and cost improvement projects.
  • Assists in budget planning and expense management.
  • Maintains a safe work environment and ensures compliance with standards
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • SMT Electronics Experience
  • Supervisory management leadership experience
  • Excellent skillset in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience managing multiple production lines
  • Communication skills
