What a typical day looks like:
- 基于消费类电子产品 ODM/OEM 服务和工厂端线路板, 成品的维修数据, 开发和实现智能化辅助维修系统（ AI debug ）, 功能模块如下:
b.开发维修知识图谱与故障树分析系统;
c..搭建融合MES 数据的智能诊断中台;
d.实现维修过程 AR 可视化引导系统;
e.优化 SMT/AOI 设备数据接口协议.
- 通过持续的数据和硬件优化, 不断训练 AI debug 系统, 实现:
b.技术员培训周期缩短;
c. 维修人力成本降低;
d.建立智能诊断数据库.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- 电子工程 / 自动化 / 计算机相关专业, 本科或专科 + 经验;
- 精通产线场景:熟悉 ICT 测试, FCT 功能测试, 维修工作站布局;
- 有消费电子产品（智能穿戴/ 小家电 /IoT 设备） DFM 经验者加分
- 必备技术要求:Python/C++, SQL/NoSQL 数据库, OpenCV/TensorFlow
- 优先技术要求: Altium Designer 解析, LabVIEW 仪器控制, AWS/GCP 部署
- Social Insurance

- PTO
Production Engineering
Required Skills:
Debug Process Understanding, Electronics Knowhow, Failure Analysis Knowledge, Technical Training Ability
Optional Skills:
Ability to analyse Lab failures (cross section, Red die, acoustics, X-RAY, SEM ), Functional tests Knowledge, SMD Technical Experience
