1. פיקוח על תהליכי איכות:
פיקוח על תהליכי העבודה במחלקת פיתוח המבדקים כדי להבטיח עמידה בסטנדרטים ובדרישות האיכות
ניהול האיכות והנהלים של המחלקה והכנה למבדקים חיצוניים ופנימיים מול גופי התקינה
ביצוע בדיקות תקופתיות ותחקור תהליכים ותלונות לקוח
2. ניהול מחסן:
ניהול תפעול המחסן, כולל קבלת סחורה, ארגון המלאי ומעקב אחרי תפוסה וקשיים לוגיסטיים
יישום תהליכי עבודה מסודרים למטרת שיפור היעילות
3. ביקורת קבלה:
ביצוע ביקורות על סחורות המתקבלות במחסן כדי להבטיח עמדיה בדרישות איכות ומפרטים שנקבעו
הפקת דוחות ביקורת והמלצות לשיפור תהליכי קבלה
4. בקרת ספקים:
ביצוע בקרת איכות על ספקים קבועים וחדשים, כולל ניתוח וליווי של יכולות וסיכונים
עבודה צמודה עם ספקים לצורך פתרון בעיות ושיפור מתמשך
5. ניהול מלאי:
ניהול מעקב אחר המלאי הקיים, עדכון נתונים במערכות מידע והכנת דוחות מלאי תקופתיים
תכנון וביצוע הזשמנות רכש במידת הצורך לעמידה בכמות ובזמן
דרישות המשרה:
1. ניסון בעבודה בתחום האיכות וניהול מלאי
2. ידע בתהליכי שמירה ואבטחת איכות
3. יכולת ניהול משא ומתן עם ספקים
4. יכולות ארגון גבוהות ויכולת עבודה עצמאית
5. שליטה מלאה ביישומי OFFICE
