Overview
Fisher Investments Luxembourg, Sárl (FIL) is looking for a Chief Risk Officer to manage and maintain FIL's risk management function. Your experience building a strong risk program and developing strong business partnerships will enhance FIL's risk program. The Opportunity:
As the Chief Risk Officer you will work with business leaders and risk colleagues to maintain effective risk management practices aligned with the achievement of business goals. You will work closely with first line employees, develop risk management trainings and policies, and use risk analysis and reporting to create a strong risk-minded culture. You will implement FIL's risk strategy and promoting informed decision-making by FIL's Authorized Managers and Board of Managers.

The Day-to-Day:
- Maintain FIL's risk management framework, policies and procedures and update as needed
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and take appropriate action in cases of control deficiency
- Maintain FIL's risk registers, key risk indicator reporting and related documentation
- Identify, manage, monitor and control risks to FIL, including coordination with first line responsibilities to implement risk control measures
- Manage risk escalations to assure remediation and transparency to senior leadership
- Create insightful risk reporting to escalate systemic risks and risks falling outside the level of risk tolerated by FIL
- Engage first line and second line business partners to ensure holistic assessment of identified risks and appropriate mitigating actions
- Collaborate with internal second line colleagues to evolve and strengthen FIL's approach to risk management
- Annually update the Internal Capital and Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ICLAAP) and related regulatory disclosures
- Support effective and transparent communications with regulators and external auditors through close partnership with FIL Compliance and Legal
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Enterprise Risk Management Consulting Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a risk management role within the financial services industry
- Relevant experience engaging directly with the CSSF or analogous regulatory bodies
